My suggestions

1.make it so admins are chosen based off trut not donations instead mske donators get "donator" ranks

2.Make a courthouse

3.players can have creative as long as they are watched and die in the end of the build
all who have creative must have a valid reason to have it if not they dont get creatve

I agree with #1 and #2 but i do not agree with #3 too many people would try and take advantage of that and then get mad, ending with people quiting the server.
